Hello, is there anybody out there. It's day 3 for me and so far I've been sticking to the diet. It's really not that hard and I've only cheated with coffee in the morning. Haven't weighed myself yet but I will be soon. Still no great recipes for green tea. Ugh.
On one note, don't microwave your oatmeal. Do it the old fashion way. It tastes much better. Doing it in the microwave makes the oatmeal rubbery. Not a good taste.
